A little while ago we made an all grain peated Irish whisky. This whiskey was made by adding some more corn and sugar to the spent grains.
Now its time to distil and blend it to see how it turned out.
Lots of heads (mostly from the feints, not the gumball head) but that's understandable, all in all I'm pretty happy!
