This might be the most important word in real estate, at least for agents. Real estate commissions are how you get paid, so you probably want to be good at figuring out how to calculate commissions. Maybe that’s even why you’re here. You saw the price of a house, you worked out the agent’s split, then said, “I want some of that!”
