Made by scientists the jewel is a real diamond that takes less time to produce and may cost consumers less money to call their own. The average person can "absolutely not" tell the difference between a diamond made in a lab and one that is found in nature, Lisa Bissell, CEO of Pure Grown Diamonds told INSIDE EDITION.
