How hard is 75 Hard Challenge - What is 75 Hard and 75 Hard Results (My Experience)
After doing it myself for 6 months straight (that's more than 75 days if you count it - I share the reason in this video) - I have my own insights and experiences to share.
WHAT IS 75 HARD?
- 75 Hard (or #75hard as it's usually written) is a mental toughness challenge created by an entrepreneur I greatly admire - Andy Frisella.
Here's the kicker -
What most people see on the outside is a fitness challenge, and while a physical transformation does take place in this challenge - it's actually just the tip of the iceberg.
The main transformation you'll get when doing 75Hard is in your MINDSET!
Yes!!
75 Hard is a mental transformation challenge as it is a physical one.
The rules of 75 Hard are to go through 75 consecutive days doing the following things EVERY DAY:
** 1 **
Workout twice a day for 45 minutes each. At least 1 workout MUST be outside. (It doesn’t matter if you run, lift weights, ride a bike, walk, etc.—just pick something and workout for at least 45 minutes each workout) The workouts MUST be separate and NOT consecutive--meaning, there must be a break between them, like one in the morning and one in the evening.
** 2 **
Drink 1 gallon of water.
** 3 **
Pick an eating plan—no off days, (again, you get to decide your plan here. Pick a plan that is challenging for you and something you are committed to sticking to for 75 days)
** 4 **
No Alcohol.
** 5 **
Read 10 pages of a self-improvement book (audiobooks don’t count. they Must actually be read!)
** 6 **
Take a progress pic (yes, a selfie!). It sounds easy - but that's what made me fall off the challenge once on day 25 and the second time on day 45 (!!!).
If you mess up any of these on ANY day, no matter if it's day 4 or day 72, you start over at Day 1!!!
