Hi everyone, I am Fiona, in this video, I am going to show you the insulation layer we made for our EPS shape molding machine, as you can see, this is the insulation layer behind this cooling pipe for the moving mold, the whole plate for movable mold is insulated, also for the movable mold, upside, downside, left side, and the right side, all wrapped by the insulation layer, so when the mold has amounted on this EPS shape molding machine, the whole mold is insulation by this insulation layer. so it can keep the mold in high temperature during demold which can save energy, special for the steam energy.
