This is another recipe video on the channel in support of the PSMF protocol script presented to you in the first video and summarized again in the Reboot video as well as the recent Summarized Protocol video. These depict how I am applying PSMF/P:E Ratio without making use of a keto calculator or having to track (the tracking I do present in the videos is for educational purposes for you so you can see how it all comes together).
