You can draw on any software such as Procreate, Photoshop, Paint Tool Sai or Clip Studio Paint and use an ipad, Computer, Wacom, Intuos, Bamboo or Cintiq Tablet to draw on it :D
i personally use the new procreate 5 app which Lucas Peinador also uses!
