Paffles are a great bread substitute on a keto, carnivore or low carb diet. For this Paffle I’ve just modified and tweaked my original recipe. This just gives it a little bit more flavour and takes out one step of having to melt my butter so a little bit easier. I love that it’s nice and fluffy and not too dense like some other paffles I’ve tried. Best of all there’s no added cheese in a paffle, so you don’t have to feel guilty about adding extra cheese on your sandwich or burgers.
Combine all your ingredients.
1tsp of bacon mayo
1 egg
1 tbs Pork panko or pork crumbs
A pinch of sea salt
A pinch of pepper
A dash of onion powder
A pinch of baking powder
Recipe yields 2 paffles from a mini dash.
