"Hip Hop" didn't magically begin when latinos and carribeans showed up, the elements of hiphop culture were made by black Americans decades if not centuries before! Foundation Black Americans created hip hop culture AND all of its elements! If its "50/50" As the folks are running around saying where are the receipts? This claim that black Americans didn't start hiphop as we know it today is disrespectful and this recent "push" to say hip hop started with carribeans and latinos is a direct response to black people delineating for reparations.
