Engr. Amos Ologunleko says that our world can be so beautiful if we nurture the tangible things of life consistently and also control the intangible things as well. He went further to state that in the midst of the evident contrasts in life, opportunity of a new hope abounds. Citing worthy examples of leaders who led themselves and others based on personal philosophies in search of meaning, he offered five core values upon which we can thrive on our leadership journey. Furthermore, he introduced SOAR HIGH leadership philosophy that has been applied to solve problems at personal and corporate levels. He believes that this philosophy has universal appeal as it can solve today's world problems if embraced. Amos Ologunleko is the Plant Integrity Assurance Manager and the Alternate Engineering Skill-pool Manager at Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG).
He is also a Certified Management Specialist and Leadership Coach helping business executives and aspiring leaders find solutions to issues.
