Castlevania Legends is the third Castlevania title released for the original Game Boy. It was released in Japan on November 27, 1997 and in Europe and North America on March 11, 1998.
Castlevania: Legends is the third and final part in the series released on Game Boy. There were some gameplay changes in the third part, such as the change of additional weapons added in the second part. Now the role of additional weapons is performed by spells received after defeating bosses. It is also the first Castlevania on Game Boy where there is a second ending, or rather, one ending that expands, provided that the player has collected all the collectibles.
