The Whole30 diet is one of the diets I recommend for helping quell symptoms and disease activity from autoimmune disease. It's harder and more effective than both the gluten-free and Paleo diets, but easier and not as effective as the Autoimmune Paleo (AIP).
It's GREAT at balancing blood sugar though, which is an important component in balancing hormones, which will help with your disease symptoms and things like terrible sleep and adrenal fatigue.
