The brand new GTA 5 Online Lowrider DLC has arrived for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC with a bunch of new lowrider cars and in depth customisation options including hydraulics, pain vinyl designs, interior designs, speaker systems and new rims. In this video I fully upgrade the new clean Declasse Voodoo with all the new lowrider upgrade and test out the hydraulics!
