We desire the equal give and take in relationships.
From that we have harmony and from this we tend to have trust and psychological safety which encourages us to do the deposits for more harmony!
Sometimes, what can happen in the workplace, is demanding of the reciprocity, however we won't always have this in the workplace and we need to learn how to show up professionally without having the depths of relationships.
Actively choose to use empathy and active listening and collaboration.
