Gorgeous searing! Here's how to do it: First, make sure you grill is super hot, more than 410°F, then mark steaks for about a minute or two. Rotate your steak and grill for another min or two . FLIP the steak and repeat marking process, then rotate again and finally when you remove your steak from the grill, let it rest for a few because it still cooks while on your plate! Medium rare is about 135°F-140°, rare is 130°F-135°F, Happy Grilling!
