A video recipe on how to make Carne Guisada. This is a delicious stew that can be done in no time, and can even be made in a crock pot!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of stewing meat
6 Medium Russet Potatoes (Peeled and cubed)
1 Large Onion (Diced small)
1 Large green pepper (Diced Small)
5 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1/4 Cup of Tomato Sauce
4 cups of water
2 Packets of Sazon Cilantro y Tomato (for the water)
1 Packet of Sazon con Azafran (for the meat)
2 TB of Goya Adobo con pimiento (for the water)
1 TB of Goya Adobo (for the meat)
2 TB of Sofrito (for the water)
Oil (saute the meat)
Dash of salt and pepper (for the water)
CORNSTARCH MIX (To thicken stew)
1/2 cup of water mix with 2 TB of Cornstarch or flour.
