Ingredients:
To steam meat:
2 large size of chili pepper
Ginger
Small size red onion
Bouillon cube (as desire for taste)
1 tsp of salt to taste
3 tbsp of crayfish powder
To Cook Soup:
3 packs of peppersoup spice
1tbsp of dry ground pepper
1/3 cup of shrimp powder(optional, if allergic skip)
3 cups of ground melon / Egusi (Blend melon to get smooth texture)
Chicken broth
6 cups of water for 3 cups of melon (or more water depends on how you like the thickeness)
Extra 1/2 cup of shrimp and crayfish powder (blend)
1/2 - 1 pound of Smoked fish (use preferred choice)
1 pound of fresh shrimp
Salt to taste
