▢2 medium sweet potatoes cubed
▢1/2 red onion diced
▢1 red bell pepper diced
▢2 tablespoons avocado oil
▢1 teaspoon garlic powder
▢1 teaspoon smoked paprika
▢1/2 teaspoon turmeric
▢1/2 teaspoon onion powder
▢1/2 teaspoon salt
▢1/2 teaspoon pepper
FOR THE EGGS
▢oil spray
▢16 ounces Just egg
▢pepper to taste
FOR THE BOWLS
▢1 15-ounce can black beans drained and rinsed
▢2 avocados sliced
▢green onions diced
▢jalapeño slices, vegan feta, everything seasoning, salsa verde optional toppings
