3 Cloves of Garlic
3-4 Birds Eye chili’s
( I used 9 to try my spice level)
1 Tbsp of Brown sugar
3 Tbsps of Fish sauce
1 lime (juiced and Zest)
1/4 cup of Cilantro Stems

1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
2 Tbsps of Cooking Oil
1 Tsp of Freshly
ground black Pepper
1/4 Tsp of Salt
