Gigafactory Texas! This is where Model Y’s, and Cyber Truck production happens and soon, the Next Generation Car!
Beautiful morning at Giga Texas & busy start to the last week of the 2nd Quarter! Most of the activity is on the south end extension, the east side of the casting machine section of the main factory, the north side of Tesla Road with more electrical conduit trenching underway and the Boring Company Tunneling site, both on the west side of the highway and inside the south main building extension!

In the video introduction, I provide some updates and additional information about the Bag House Filtration Plant on the east side of the Casting Machine section of the main factory. This includes information about what a Bag House plant is for and updates on the screw-type piers installed on the north cleared section, making what appears to be two ramps for reworked receiving Doors, and another section of exterior concrete wall panels getting ready for saw cutting. Also, the steel assembly for the Bag House plant itself continues to rise, now nearly 3/4 the height of the main factory!
On the south end, activity is happening everywhere, from more roof weatherproofing materials, to trenching on the west side near where the Boring Tunnel came in under the perimeter grade beam, and work on the east side with the huge cooling pipes extending from the southeast corner towards the cooling structural platform and plant. I also get great views into the east side of the extension because of excellent early morning sunlight shining directly into the open section of the building.
The Boring Company is making quick work of disassembling the operations on the west side and preparing for the final concrete entrance and ramp structure. The tunnel thrust ring has now been removed along with the temporary steel ramp for the liner trucks, leaving the face end of the tunnel fully exposed. More of the trailers have been removed and other equipment. Rebar shipments have begun, most likely for the front facing structure.
Also, over at the triangular lot, on the southwest side, we see crews further disassembling the Prufrock-3 TBM and gantries. This is necessary for shipment back to their Bastrop, Texas main facility as the tunneling operations are now completed (for the time being) at Giga Texas.
