Hi All, this is a quick video about me cutting up cabbage using my Mandoline and a knife for the smaller pieces. It's easy to do and can many times be cheaper than buying at the store. Especially when you can buy cabbage for cheap. Its nice to have on hand so you can have quick grab and go cabbage so you can use for Stir fry's, soups, salads, etc..... Thanks for Watching.
