Please note that I am NOT a piano expert in the least. I am only posting this as it was something I learned from Google in order to fix my own upright piano. Please note there may be diffent issues with each piano, but this is what worked for me. Hopefully it will for you as well! Sure beats paying big bucks for a professional to come into your house for something you may be able to do yourself! :)
