Summary: A year after Twilight Sparkle disappeared behind the impenetrable wards around her castle to find a solution to the Cutie Mark Contagion, Equestria has fallen into chaos. Hemmed in on all sides by neighbouring kingdoms not willing to risk the plague getting out and evolving to affect non-ponies, the citizens of Equestria are doing the best they can to survive and not be found by the Infected. That includes the survivors left in Ponyville - including the previously successful fashion designer Rarity Belle. That is, until she spots a stranger walking away from Twilight's castle one day. And the castle wards are gone.
