#Larynx is the part of our respiratory system.#larynx is made up of 9 type of #cartilages in which 3 are paired and 3are unpair.#larynx consist of two types of vocal cords 1.#False vocal cords which provides moisture to the true vocal cords.
2.#True vocal cords helps in #phonation or sound production.
When air is release from lungs through pressure then vibration is occur in true vocal cords due to which sound is produced.
Functions-
1. help in breathing.
2.help in sound production.
3.prevent trachea from food aspiration .
