Learn how to get thicker legs and thighs with dumbbells (in the gym or at home). This dumbbell lower body workout will help you get thick in your legs and thighs quick. Do this workout 2-3x a week while eating in a caloric surplus for the best results. The video only allows for 10 second rest, so if you need more time feel free to pause the video at any point.
Remember, when working out it is important to let your muscles rest. Take rest days in between your workout days for faster results. For this workout, I recommend using 7.5-15 lb dumbbells.
