𝑹𝒖𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔, 𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒔, 𝒐𝒓 𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒌 𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒍𝒆 𝒔𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆. It’s such a pesky injury - not cool enough to brag about, but debilitating enough to sideline us.
Once we sprain our ankle, those ligaments get really weak. 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐮𝐩, 𝐰𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥. It’s all about the speedy recovery. 💃🕺
