This no roll attempt is a bit on the crazier side for being only under 4 minutes. I am trying not to punish unsafely to stance break, in order to show some more of his attacks.

In phase 2, at 2:55, I am pretty sure it is somewhat RNG whether or not these frenzy flames hit you, but you can jump to the sides at range to increase your chances of not getting hit. Also, at that range in p2 anyways, he could've just used his beam and I don't think that can be dodged without rolling.
