How To Make Chinese Beef with Black Bean Sauce | Ep 600
300g beef (rump or sirloin) thinly sliced
1/4 cup water
1 tsp baking soda
1 brown onion, sliced
1/2 or 1 small red capsicum, sliced
1 spring onion, sliced
4 tbsp peanut oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp crushed ginger
5 tbsp black bean sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
Serve with fried rice or steamed rice
