Chutney or
gavarichya shenganchi chutney
or thecha recipe.

Ingredients:

. 100 cluster beans
(tender and organic)

. 2 tbsp grated dry coconut

. 4-5 green chillies
(as per taste)

. chopped coriander leaves

. salt as per taste

. 1/2 lemon slice

. 2 tsp oil

.5-6 garlic cloves

Methd:

. Remove stems and tip of all
cluster beans and break it in
pieces.

. Wash it with water and clean it

. Roast green chilly by adding
1/2 tsp oil for 1-2 minutes on
low flame.

. Add grated coconut and saute it
till colour changes to light brown.

. Transfer roasted chillies and coconut
in a plate

. Then roast cluster beans by adding
1 tsp oil on medium flame.

. When roasted properly and
becomes soft,transfer it in a plate.

. In mixture jar take garlic cloves
and coriander leaves and grind
it .

. Add roasted chilly,coconut
cluster beans,salt and lemon juice
in it and grind it for coarse paaste
without adding water.

. Transfer paste in bowl.

. Gavar chutney or thecha is ready.

. Enjoy with wheat,jowar,bajari roti
by pouring peanut oil on it.

. You can store it in fridge for
3-4 days.
