Mr. John Busch, a grade school teacher in St Louis through the Teach for American volunteer program, shares his perspective on the Dream: "The American Dream is when you connect your dream and your passion. And it is that time when you feel 100% confident [to say] that, 'Hey, I think I did it, I think I matched my dream with my passion.'"
