I would have bought a house using a 0% down payment and closing costs using a NACA loan and rented out the rooms to my friends so I could live for free ✌🏾
In college I had a bunch of scholarships, worked at a high paying internship every summer, and worked for minimum wage as a receptionist at the school language Center while studying
By the time I had finished school I had about $30,000 saved up which was pretty damn good!
I started looking at houses to buy but the idea of it intimidated me and instead used my mkney to take a few super dope trips 😂 and then move cities and ger my first own solo apartment
While I regret NOTHING and those were some of the best years of my life, I do kind of wish I had just bitten the bullet and bought a property and had that pay for my trips right after that 😂
If I had bought a house for $350K back then it would probably be worth $500K now 🙃 and I would have lived for free for many many years allowing me to save money to do other things.
