Going crazy at home in your COVID-19 quarantine? In this video, I share some principles and concepts to designing your own home workout program, along with some sample workouts so that you can get an idea of how to structure these sessions on your own. Doing random workouts is certainly better than doing nothing, but if you want to drive progress, I suggest you map out your training and aim for progression from session to session so that you force your body to continue to adapt and change in the direction of your primary goal. Hang in there, if you train with intelligence and intent during the quarantine, you won't lose any ground and you'll be back in PR territory shortly after the gyms open up again!
