1 cup of white rice
2 cups of rice flour
2 bananas
2 cups of whole milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of coconut
1 can of coconut milk
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
Soak the rice in water for about 1 day
Blend the rice with the whole milk and pour mixture in a bowl. Next, blend the banana, cream of coconut and the evaporated milk and pour it in the mixture . Add the dry ingredients into the mixture and stir. Heat up the pan and add the butter. Once the butter melts add the mixture and stir until it is thickens. Basically letting it cook on the stovetop for about 20- 25 minutes. Grease your pans and pour the cooked mixture . Bake in the oven on 350 degrees for about 1 hours or until golden brown.
