Today I made Keto Rice Krispy Treats. I haven’t had them in forever, so when I came across a recipe by @KetoFocus I knew I had to make them. I ordered some HighKey Snacks rice cereal and Choc Zero white chocolate chips and sugar free syrup and got busy. This is a super simple recipe and is as good if not better than the original treats! Bonus, these are sugar free and only 2g net carbs per piece.
Ingredients:
4 C HighKey Snacks Rice Cereal
1 C Choc Zero White Chocolate Chips, melted
1/4 C unsalted butter, melted
1/4 C Choc Zero Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
Pinch of salt
Method:
1. Add keto rice cereal to a large bowl
2. Pour melted white chocolate chips, melted butter, sugar free vanilla syrup, and pinch of salt together until well combined
3. Add a sheet of parchment to a square baking pan or spray with cooking oil. Scoop rice mixture into the parchment lined pan and spread out evenly. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until set. Then remove from refrigerator and cut into squares.
