This documentary was a final capstone project for the directors, who graduated from the University of Windsor with a double degree in Digital Journalism and Communications, Media and Film in Spring 2019. They started filming in January 2019 and had their first premiere in April 2019 for the city of Windsor. Selina continued the documentary when she moved back home to Toronto by filming the Anti-Human Trafficking Walk by Free-Them in October 2019.
