You will need:
Soya chunks: 2 cups
Chopped onions: 2
Chopped coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Green chilies: 3
Grated carrots: 1 small cup
Garlic-ginger paste: 1 tsp
Jeera / cumin: 1 tsp
Maida / All purpose flour: ¼ cup
Corn flour: 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes: 1 tsp
Chaat Masala powder: 2 tsp
Garam masala Powder: 1 tsp
Salt (as required)
Preparation:
Take 2 cups of soya chunks in a vessel and add hot water
Let the soya chunks soak in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes
Drain the hot water
Rinse the soya chunks with cool water
keep them aside to cool

In a mixer jar, add green chilies (3 to 4)
Squeeze the soaked soya chunks to drain out extra and add into the mixer jar
Add garlic-ginger paste (1 tsp), jeera / cumin seeds (1 tsp)
Grind to get a coarse mixture
Add salt (as required) and grind to get a coarse soya chunks mixture
Transfer the coarse soya chunks mixture to a mixing jar
Add corn flour (1 tbsp), chopped onions (2), chopped coriander leaves (2 tbsp), grated carrots (1 small cup), maida / all purpose flour (1/4 cup), chaat masala powder (1 tsp), red chili flakes (1 tsp), garam masala powder (2 tsp), salt (as required)
Mix well to make a dough

In a sauce pan, add oil (3 tbsp) and let it heat

Take a small portion of the mixture and make into round balls
Place it on your left palm, flatten it lightly with your right palm to make kababs / tikkis
Transfer the kabab into a sauce pan
Shallow fry in medium flame till the vadas turn golden and crispy
Turn them and shallow fry in medium flame the other side till the vadas turn golden and crispy
Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture
Transfer them into a serving plate
Soya Chunks Kababs are ready to be served
