This is an energetic, heart-opening intermediate power vinyasa flow. This class is a great way to build heat, lubricate your spine, and open both your heart and your hips as move your body during this colder time of year. Because this is a level two flow, there will be little verbal instruction, please have a regular practice and be sure that you know how to keep your body safe in advanced yoga asana.
