Hey fam! I’m back at this after 3 months of inpatient eating disorder treatment, and wanted my first comeback strram to be casual and chill as I work on getting used to being in front of a camera again.

Recovery from anorexia (or any ED) is no joke, and is harder than any physical illness I’ve ever fought, but I did a lot of hard work in treatment, and am still doing a lot at home, in an outpatient setting. Physical recovery always outpaces mental healing, but it’s gotta be the first thing that happens in order for the brain to be able to handle the mental work.
