In the Bronya section for the E0S0 and E1S0 parts by not having the speed increase thanks to the passive of his signature light cone, I had to change 2 relics to reduce Bronya speed by 12 points in order to have 149 SPD ( one less than Boothill).
Another option would have been to change 2 reics of him to Messenger and increase the rolls in SPDs in the substats, although it also depends on the luck you have with the farm.
Another aspect may have been if used the light cone Dancex3 in MC Harmony.
