After one year on this drug I’m still me however I made it through a December Christmas period without spiralling for the first time in 4+ years which is great. Eating is remains diifficult but the med helps me with it and sleeping is still fantastic on Remeron although I didn’t really have sleep issues before this drug anyway, sleeping definitely improved though thanks to Mirtazapine.
