We're going to go back to the shop. I'm not going to mention the shop's name because I don't think it's fair. I'm not going to pressure them into doing the right thing. Sometimes what happens is 'oh yeah, we'll give you a new frame.' Then the customer has to pay the shop to put all the components back onto that frame. That's a wrong move, man, if you're a shop owner or a customer, that shop should do it for nothing. Cost of livin'. Oonce in a while you have a problem."
