INGREDIENTS
1 whole sea bass, cleaned, descaled
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, julienned
scallions
2 tbsp peanut oil
chopped cilantro
Sauce:
¼ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon sugar
¼ cup light soy sauce
2 chopped chilies
Fresh ground white pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Rub the cleaned sea bass with salt.
2) Stuff the stomach with julienned ginger, scallions.
3) Cover with aluminum foil and steam for 30 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
4) Once cooked, pour the soy sauce mixture , put the cilantro on top of the fish.
5) Then, pour the hot peanut oil.
6) Serve with steamed rice.
