Congress candidate for Saharanpur, Imran Masood was arrested earlier today for making provocative remarks against Narendra Modi and threatening to cut him up into pieces. He also said that 'UP is not Gujarat, there are only 4% Muslims in Gujarat, but 42% in UP.' He has been booked a few sections of the IPC including one of making Hate Speeches.
