I designed this yoga nidra for sleep specifically for those of you who carry a lot of body tension to allow you to release rigidity and both mental and emotional stress. The nature of yoga nidra allows you to both reconnect with your body and calm the mind as well as take control of your own relaxation, relieving any anxiety or unsettled emotions.
The theme of this particular yoga nidra session is to embrace the concept of space: spaciousness within you and space around you, in order to encourage your body and mind to unwind and soften, then guiding you to a deep night's sleep
