We had the incredible opportunity to participate at the Open'er Music Festival !
Over the course of four days, we engaged with festival participants with interactive quizzes on Erasmus+, played an Alcohol-Free Beer Pong with questions about women's empowerment, and challenged them with a Jenga game featuring questions about the European Union.

One of the highlights was welcoming Hania, a former participant in volunteer and youth exchange programs, who shared her personal journey of how these experiences made her more independent and resilient.
Through these activities, we connected with so many wonderful people and had meaningful conversations about what it means to be a volunteer with European Solidarity Corps projects and to work for an NGO. We had the chance to talk about the opportunities the European Union provides for young people, from participating in youth exchanges to volunteer projects, there are so many ways for young individuals to grow, learn, and make a positive impact.
A heartfelt thank you goes to the European Solidarity Corps National Agency and the Adapa Foundation for generously providing prizes for our games and raffle. Your support amplified our impact at the festival and made our initiatives more engaging and rewarding for everyone involved.
Volunteering projects under the European Solidarity Corps are volunteering opportunities that enable young Europeans to gain new skills, competences and experiences as well as personal, social, civic and professional development.
The implementation of the projects responds to the needs of local communities, and at the same time increases the chances of volunteers on the labor market.
Volunteering projects are divided into:
- full-time individual volunteering, as part of the daily work of the host organization, in the country or abroad, from 2 to 12 months (in some cases, people with fewer opportunities can carry out projects lasting from 2 weeks to 2 months);
- group volunteering carried out by groups of 10 to 40 volunteers, coming from at least two different countries, in the country or abroad, from 2 weeks to 2 months.
Program support for participants includes travel costs, pocket money, subsistence costs (accommodation and meals), language support, insurance and exceptional costs (e.g. visa costs).
