The Majora's Mask perfect cycle is simply what I'm calling helping as many noteworthy people in Termina as I can in a single cycle before beating the game! I attempted this once after 100% ing the game but failed after forgetting to deliver Anju's letter.. And in my second attempt for added challenge, I decided to it without reverse song of time, made it much more tight and had less waiting periods, it was quite fun.
