Colored bell peppers take a long time to grow. So I cut them up and freeze them, until I have enough of all the colors. Then I vacuum seal a mixture of the bell peppers into packets. Each packet will make a one skillet of Fajitas. Also vacuum seal smaller packets of Green Bell Peppers, that I can use in other dishes throughout the year.
