刀嘜金裝健康葵花籽油
雞脾肉/雞胸肉 400克
番薯粉(地瓜粉) 120 克
九層塔 2 棵
醃料:
腐乳 2 件(20克)
生抽 1 湯匙
米酒 1.5 湯匙
五香粉 1/3 茶匙
胡椒鹽:
鹽 1/2 茶匙
白胡椒粉 1/4 茶匙
五香粉 1/6 茶匙 (可省略)

Thai basil 2 sprigs

Five-spice powder 1/3 tsp
Pepper salt:
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ground white pepper 1/4 tsp
