My girlfriends' car has been making a clicking sound when the recirculation button for the a/c is activated. It lasts for about 10 second and stops. I decided to investigate and see if I could find the problem.
This is what I found once I removed the glove compartment.
Is the part with the blue in it that I focused on near the end of the video the culprit? If so how the hell do I replace it? The area is very small and my phone barely fit to take that close up. Do I have to remove the dash?

There are other helpful videos here on YouTube that will help you locate the screw locations. (I found this video by jlnajera most helpful)

It is difficult and tedious and not for the impatient. You'll need a light duty maybe about foot long flexible extention adapter to get it done.
Good luck!
