Snake charmer Charlie and his snake Sammy are bored with their usual dancing routine. Charlie decides to order a new flute, the Super Duper Fluter with hundreds of sings and spells available. When the order is delivered, Charlie ignores the instruction and starts playing without reading the manual. He puts different spells on Sammy and some eager passers-by: a lion and the ducks. They are dancing, walking on hands, doing acrobatics. Curious to experience the power of the magic spell, Kit and Kate jump into the story. After putting a spell on Kate, Charlie asks Kit to enchant him too. There is only one problem: noone knows how to undo the spell. Kit has to find the manual and figure out the answer. When the spell is lifted, everyone understands how important it is to read the instructions before using a device.
